  • What is Nutritional Therapy?
    It is a personalised approach to improving wellbeing through changes to diet and lifestyle. High quality supplementation is also used to support health issues and overall wellbeing. Our approach aims to establish the root causes of your problems, providing the best support possible to allow your body to function optimally.
  • What are your qualifications and accreditations?
    Dip.CNM (Distinction); BA Hons. As a Nutritional Therapist I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), these are accredited organisations in the UK. Additionally, I am required to attend additional training courses annually, to keep up to date with current research in Nutritional Therapy and functional medicine.
  • Are there any additional costs to your pricing?
    Supplements and private functional medicine testing recommendations may form part of your protocol to provide additional support and health insight. These are not included in the consultation fee and are optional. Any budgetary constraints will be discussed in consultations, so that a plan will be created and tailored to the clients’ individual needs.
  • Can you get me better/how long does it take for my symptoms to improve?
    Everyone is different and this question is impossible to provide a binary answer to. I can help and support you through your journey but the day-to-day work behind the scenes is in your hands. Due to the nature of complex chronic conditions, there is no quick fix and progress is dependent on an individual’s condition, how long they’ve had it for and the amount of effort and change they put in themselves etc.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I require a minimum of 24-hrs notice and then we can re-arrange your appointment for another suitable date. If you cancel after that time, you will not be refunded for the appointment.
  • What is your privacy policy?
    In the footer of every page on my website you can download my Privacy Policy document which adheres to the GDPR regulations.
